When do you deliver the furniture?

We deliver at the beginning of the academic term (i.e. the first week of classes). Please contact us if you are arriving at school early as we often offer special deals.

Do you remove and store college-owned furniture?

NO. College policy does not allow any furniture to be removed from the rooms. For full-sized bed renters, we take apart the college-owned bed and store it under your new rental. Then, at the end of the rental, we put your old bed back together again!

How Does the Rental Work?

After you place an order for your desired term(s), just sit back and relax! We will send you an email for when you can expect your furniture. We then deliver your furniture free of cost and set it up however you like! At the end of the term(s) we email you again and let you know when your furniture will be picked up. It's as easy as that.

What if I live off campus?

No Problem! We deliver to any off campus house/apartment.

What if I damage my furniture?

All of our furniture is made of durable metal and should not break. In the unlikely event that due to regular wear and tear that a rental item does break, we will come fix it right away at no cost to you. However, if careless treatment seems to have caused the break, we will charge a small fee for replacement costs.

What is your privacy policy?

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
